Questions and answers
Does my client need an account to approve?
No. A share link works without signing in. The client gives a name and email once, and both are logged with each decision.
How long does an approval link work?
From 1 to 7 days, as you choose when you make it. You can revoke it earlier at any time.
Who can create approval links?
The workspace owner and Managers. The owner can revoke any link; a Manager can revoke the links they made.
