Questions and answers
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free needs no card and keeps 1 brand with up to 2 connected accounts, 10 posts and 200 inbox messages a month, 30 days of analytics and 50 welcome AI points. Choose a paid plan for more brands, accounts and posts, Autopilot and monthly points.
Which currency are the prices in?
US dollars, billed monthly by card through Stripe.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. The workspace owner changes the plan in Settings, Plan, and the new price and points start at the next renewal. Cancelling, cards and invoices are handled in Stripe's billing portal.
What happens when I run out of points?
AI actions on KariSMMa's keys pause until you top up or your plan renews. Everything else keeps working, and actions on your own keys never need points.
Do all plans include Autopilot?
Every paid plan does. Free does not.
Is there a limit on team members?
Yes, by plan, you included: 1 on Free, 2 on Manual, 2 on Tech only, 5 on Semi-auto and 15 on Full-auto.
